When I opened it, it fired right up. not hard to figure out how to use it either. Do think <a href="http://astore.amazon.com/navigon-2100-max-20" rel="nofollow">navigon 2100 max</a> could of included better instructions, but through trial and error I had it mastered within a few hours. It came installed with some older maps which couldn't find my house that is about 4 yrs old. This is a great product. When I opened it, it fired right up. not hard to figure out how to use it either.
